Arrival is possible between 1pm and 2pm.
Please inform us in advance if you wish to arrive at a different time or from the road if your arrival time is delayed.
Your room / apartment is available until 10am on your departure day. We kindly ask you to keep to this time.
Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided. The renter is responsible for a proper cleaning, heating and ventilation during the stay.
We ask you to hoover and clean up your apartment before leaving. There is hoover in every apartment.
The final cleaning is inclusive.
In our beverage room we offer wines of Weinmanufaktur Gengenbach and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We calculate the total amount of your drinks on your departure day.
Breakfast is available from 8.00 am to 10.00 am.
It is freshly prepared and served directly to your table.
You can choose from a large selection. You will receive an overview of our breakfast menu upon arrival.
Our Heimatstueble is located in the inner courtyard. This small and cozy lounge offers space for up to 10 people.
Groups are very welcome here. We will be happy to make you an individual offer including breakfast for rooms and vacation apartments.
You will get the guestcard called “Konus”. With this card you can go by train and bus for free in the Black Forest region and you will get a reduction on prices for museums and other attractions. More information here KONUS guest card
A cancellation free of charge is possible until six weeks before arrival.
In case of a later cancellation we will try to re-let the booked accommodation. Should we not succeed in doing so, we will charge up to 90% of the total price. In case of early departure we charge the booked stay.
For this reason we recommend a travel insurane.
We offer free Internet via WLAN for our guests.
You will get the needed informations on you arrival day.
The rooms are cleaned daily.
