To make your arrival as relaxed as possible, we offer a flexible self check-in.
Arrival is possible at any time from 1:00 pm on the day of arrival.
You will receive all important information about your arrival by email shortly before your stay.
If you have any questions during your journey, we are of course always available to assist you.
On the day of departure, your room or holiday apartment is available until 10:00 am. We kindly ask you to keep to this time so that we can prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
Guests are responsible for proper cleaning and ventilation during their stay.
Final cleaning is included.
Our beverage room offers wines from Weinmanufaktur Gengenbach as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Drinks are charged on departure.
Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
It is freshly prepared and served directly at your table.
Our cozy common room is located in the inner courtyard and offers space for up to 10 people.
Groups are very welcome. We are happy to provide individual offers including breakfast.
You will receive the KONUS guest card, which allows free travel by bus and train
throughout the Black Forest region and discounts at many attractions.

Free cancellation is possible up to six weeks before arrival.
In case of later cancellation we charge up to 90% of the total price.
